has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "HIGH".

    2. On page 4, line 12, strike "evidence-based guidelines" and insert in lieu thereof "core elements that are nationally recognized

and evidence-based".

    3. On page 5, lines 1 and 2, strike "No later than the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year, every high" and insert in lieu thereof "Every".

    4. On page 5, line 7, strike "high".

    5. On page 5, line 11, strike "Subsection A" and insert in lieu thereof "Subsections A and B".

    6. On page 5, line 12, strike "apply" and insert in lieu thereof "be fulfilled by all".

    7. On page 5, line 13, strike "to all".

    8. On page 5, line 14, strike "beginning in the 2025-2026" and insert in lieu thereof "no later than the 2026-2027".

    9. On page 5, line 15, strike "all".

    10. On page 5, line 16, strike "beginning in the 2026-2027" and insert in lieu thereof "no later than the 2027-2028".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
